Deluxe Cottages
• 8-person cottage has 2 separate bedrooms- one room with double bed, one room with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a futon in the living room.
• 6-person cottage (8 people allowed) has 2 separate bedrooms- one room with double bed, one room with 1 bunk bed (2 twin beds), a futon in the living room and an open loft upstairs.
• Each cottage is equipped with a kitchenette with stovetop, sink, full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Also included is tableware, eating utensils and pots and pans.
• Each cottage has its own bathroom and shower.
• Each cottage has heat/air unit.
• Each cottage has satellite TV and DVD player.
• Outside you will enjoy a covered porch, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire ring.
• Bring your own bedding and towels.
• No pets allowed in or near cottages.
• No smoking allowed in cottages
• Deposits (Due within 7 days of reservation call.)
• 1 & 2 night stays and Holidays paid in full.
• All other stays 1/2 down with balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. (Credit card on file will automatically be charged for balance due 30 days prior to arrival.)
• All stays must have a credit card on file for security deposit

Cancellations
• All reservations without deposit after 7 days of reservation call will automatically be cancelled. (No reminders.)
• Full refund with 14 days notice prior to arrival less cancellation fee.
• Cancel 7 days prior to arrival and receive Boo Boo™ Bucks
(credit slip) good for one year at the Fremont, IN location only.
• Deposit will be forfeited with less than 7 days notice prior to arrival.
**Cancellation fee of $7.00 is charged to all cancellations.**
Rustic Cabins
• Each cabin has electricity, heat/air unit, small refrigerator, covered porch, picnic table, fire ring, charcoal grill, and water outside.
Add $3/night for cabin upgrades – microwave, coffee pot, and full sized refrigerator available in cabins 11, 12, 13, 13A, 30, 31 & 32.

• Weekly stays can be made one year in advance.
(Weekly stays may not be shortened if made a year in advance.)
• Reservations for 2020 – $400 Deposit required for Rustic Cabins, remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $600 Deposit required for Deluxe Cottages, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• All Off-Season weekends have a 2-night minimum and can be reserved starting Jan 2nd. Memorial Day, 4th of July* and Labor Day have a 3-night minimum.
(*4th of July has a 4 night minimum until April 1st.)
• Reservations taken from Jan 2nd through March 31st for Peak Season (May 23, 2019 – September 2, 2019) will be accepted for 4 night minimum based on availability.
• April 1st we will accept less than 4 night reservations for any time period.
