These Deluxe Cottages sleep 6-8 people with two separate sleeping areas, one double bed, 4 bunks and futon or sleeps 6 with a loft, double bed, two bunks and futon. Each cottage is equipped with a kitchenette unit with stove top, sink, full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Also included is tableware, eating utensils and pots and pans.
Each cottage has its own bathroom with shower, heat & air conditioning, as well as TV with DVD and Satellite. Outside, you will enjoy a 10 foot covered porch with porch swing (no swing at cottages 20 through 24), picnic table, charcoal grill and fire ring. Please bring your own bedding and towels.
All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and 50% down at time of reservations. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival for a refund less a $20.00 administration fee. *Prices subject to change.
All Deluxe Cottages must have a $100.00 security deposit paid at the time of check-in.
